Sometimes one or more lots on a map need to be hidden for a while or turned off completely. They might be part of a future phase or represented by another team or even a competitor. Lots that simply need to be hidden for a while can be deactivated. Deactivating a lot removes its interactivity on embedded marketing maps, hides it from dashboard graphs and places it on the Inactive tab of the Lot table view. The console map view displays deactivated lots as slightly transparent and interactivity remains working.
Note: If a lot is not needed at all it can be permanently removed by following the steps in the Removing Lots section.
Follow the steps below to activate or deactivate one or lots.
Open the Lot Action menu from either the map view or table view.
Click or tap the Deactivate Lot option.
Once a lot has been deactivated a checkmark will be shown next to the Deactivate Lot option.
Alternately, multiple lots can be activated or deactivated from the table view using the Multi-Edit toolbar.
