Date Tags

 
Date Tags are the starting point for assigning dates to lots. They provide a method of organization and control over where dates are visible. Once a Date Tag is setup it can be assigned to lots in any project through the Lot Action menu. Date Tags can be added, edited and removed by an account Admin. Follow the steps below to access the Date Tags section.

Select "Toolbox" from the bottom navigation bar.
22. <TODO : Control Name>
Expand the Account section of the Toolbox and select "Date Tags".
33. <TODO : Control Name>
Displays the number of Date Tags added.
44. <TODO : Control Name>
Click the Action menu icon to open the Date Tag Action menu.
55. <TODO : Control Name>
The label that is entered for the Date Tag. This is the label that will be shown anywhere assigned dates are visible.
66. <TODO : Control Name>
The type indicates if the Date Tag is associated with the lot or the home.
77. <TODO : Control Name>
When a checkmark is present here, any dates assigned for the Date Tag will be visible when viewing maps in the Admin Console.
88. <TODO : Control Name>
When a checkmark is present here, any dates assigned for the Date Tag will be visible on embedded marketing maps. If the Date Tag intended for internal purposes only, leave this unchecked.
