Project Stack

 
The Project Stack is where you'll find quick access to your lot views and settings. Each development is displayed as a project in the stack.

Project Stack Item

1. Project Stack Item
Each development added to your account is displayed as a project in the stack. Click over the item to expand any plats that are associated with the project.

Subscription Status

2. Subscription Status
The current status of a project's subscription is displayed here. It will read Active, Inactive or Demo.

Internal Code

3. Internal Code
The Internal Code is an optional setting that can be made from a project's Action menu. This can be set if your company uses a code internally to identify developments.

Active/Inactive Tabs

4. Active/Inactive Tabs
Select the Active or Inactive tabs to display relevant projects on each. When a project is archived it will appear on the Inactive tab. A project can be set to active or inactive from the project's Action menu.

Action Menu

5. Action Menu
Click the menu icon located beneath the project title to open the project's Action menu. This is where you'll change various information and settings for the project.

Project Logo Tile

The project logo tile displays the project logo if one has been set. Click over the tile to set or upload a logo image.

Project Plats

7. Project Plats
When a project tile is expanded the plats within the project are exposed beneath it. Each plat will display the project logo by default. To change that you can click over the logo tile to set or upload a different image.

Beneath the plat title are three action links.
  • Select "Map" to open the Map View of the plat.
  • Select "Table" to open the Table View for lots associate with the plat.
  • Select the menu icon to open the plat's Action menu.

Plat Internal Code

9. Plat Internal Code
Similar to the project, each plat can have an internal code. The Internal Code is an optional setting that can be made from a plat's Action menu. This can be set if your company uses a code internally to identify the plats.

Contact Setting

10. Contact Setting
This is the contact setting for each plat. A specific user can be set as the contact for each plat. If no user is set, the default contact information for the account will be shown to home buyers. This setting can be changed from the plat's Action menu.

Public View Link

11. Public View Link
This link will open the plat as the public would see it. This is a good way to verify that your interactive maps are setup the way you like.
