Take a few moments to setup your user profile. Providing your contact information along with a photo is a great way to build trust with potential home buyers. Users can be assigned as the contact for individual lots or an entire community so it's important that your contact information is available. To keep your email address private, PlatWidget uses an online form for home buyers to contact you via email. Please add the platwidget.com domain to your email safe sender list to be sure you receive messages from home buyers.
From your user profile you can change your password, add contact details, upload a photo, set your preferences and test the built-in contact form.

Accessing & editing your user profile
Use the following steps to access and edit your user profile.
Select your name, located at the upper right side of the app. The Action panel will open on the right and your user profile will be shown.
Alternatively, you can open the Action panel by selecting its icon in the upper right corner of the app. Once the panel is open, select the user profile tab.
Select this option to test the contact form home buyers will see when accessing contact information from an interactive map. The more information you can provide, the better. When sending a message through the form be sure to check your spam folder if don't see it within a few minutes. It is also helpful to add message@platwidget.com to your safe senders list.
